The bill (Reg. No. 10429) introduces changes into a number of articles of Chapter IV of the Code of Administrative Violations of Ukraine that presuppose the possibility of replacing sanctions in the form of community service and correctional labor by other kinds of sanctions (fines or administrative arrest).
The Committee Secretariat informed that in the course of preparation of the bill for the second reading 4 suggestions were received, two of which were taken into account, and two – rejected.
The bill suggests new versions of the articles 3211, 3214, 322 and 325 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements.
